βββββ Came for the ramenβ¦ apparently left as a regular. ππ JINYA Ramen Bar in Totowa was a whole vibe from the minute we walked in. First of all, whoever was making the food recommendations understood the assignment. π We had the spicy tuna rice, crispy chicken, creamy tempura shrimp, ramen, and a lychee martini because hydration is important. ππΈ Not a single bad decision was madeβ¦ unless you count the amount of food we ordered. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. Huge shoutout to the manager, Kris, who was so welcoming and friendly that by the end of the night we felt less like customers and more like we had accidentally joined the JINYA family. π And this place clearly attracts good people because even the other patrons were friendly! We ended up talking to some of the regulars, and now I completely understand why they keep coming back. The atmosphere? A whole vibe. The food? No crumbs left behind. The lychee martini? Mind your business. Iβll have another. πΈπ My niece gave the entire experience a 10/10, and she does not hand those out lightly. π Great food, great drinks, amazing service, and genuinely good energy. So congratulations, JINYA Totowaβ¦ you got us. Weβll be back. Prob

My dining experience at Jinya Ramen Bar in Totowa was excellent from start to finish. We started with the edamame and crispy chicken, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to begin our meal. For our entrees, we ordered the Chicken Yuzu Shio Delight and the Birria Ramen. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and beautifully prepared. The broth in each ramen dish was rich and satisfying, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. What truly made our visit stand out was our server, Veronica. She was incredibly attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, answer our questions, and make thoughtful recommendations. Throughout the meal, she consistently checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Exceptional food paired with outstanding service made this a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be returning and hope to have Veronica as our server again!

Same here to celebrate my fiancΓ©βs birthday. We were greeted by Jared and Zayda who walked us through the menu. They gave us some very helpful recommendations. Everything we ordered was more delicious than the previous thing. 10/10 will be back and be bringing our friends!

The food was exceptional. We shared multiple dishes and every single one was absolutely delicious. We ate so much and were thrilled we had leftovers to bring home to savor the ramen for a little longer! The service was great. A little slow at times but there was a bit of a late lunch rush that came in. Each staff member was accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back again soon!

JINYA is great! Firstly, the appetizers were delicious. Iβd return simply for the small bites. We loved the crispy shrimp & pork belly bao. The spicy crispy tuna was alright, but portioned at only 3 pcs, which isnβt ideal for sharing. The tonkotsu ramen was good. The whole egg is better than other shops that give only half. The pork chashu was tender and flavorful. Overall the broth had a lot of depth and level 3 spice was perfect. I asked for garlic on the side, though it was on the saltier side, it was a nice topping with the ramen. Service was great and we had a good time! Parking is sparse during peak dining hours so be mindful of that.
